The Lassonde Co-op Program is committed to supporting equity, diversity, and inclusion. Many of our employer partners share these values and are seeking to provide opportunities for students who have historically experienced systemic barriers in the workforce. To better support these initiatives, we have included an option to self-identify.
Self-disclosing this information is voluntary and optional. Any information you do disclose is confidential and will not be shared with employers or accessed by staff outside the Co-op Program. This information will be used only by the Co-op Program to communicate relevant information to students that relates to employers and job openings that prioritize the hiring of candidates from certain underrepresented groups. Results will be aggregated to help us continue to plan more inclusive programming in the future.
